Tradewinds-Distributing is seeking a Regional Sales Director to grow our East region of the United States. This remote role targets expanding distributor networks, educating dealers and installers, and driving mini-split and unitary sales.

You will build relationships, hire rep firms, provide product training, analyze market conditions, and report on sales opportunities. Travel roughly 50% within the region; strong communication and HVAC distribution experience are essential.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in B2B sales in HVAC distribution.
• Strong communication and customer-focus abilities.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Experience selling to distributors and dealers.
• Knowledge of ductless products and market dynamics.

Aufgaben

• Develop and maintain relationships with current customer base.
• Sell mini-split and unitary equipment to new distributors in the eastern U.S.
• Hire rep firms to cover the territory and manage their activities/performance.
• Provide training to internal and external users on product knowledge and applications.
• Travel assigned territory to solicit orders and schedule training.
• Review monthly sales reports with management and adjust plans as needed.
