Job summary

Carrier is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead customer relationships and growth across assigned accounts in the United States. The role is remote, ideally in the Eastern/Central Time Zone, with travel to meet customers and opportunities.

You will coordinate with engineering, product management, and finance to deliver technical and commercial solutions. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in HVAC or related sales, with experience in refrigeration technologies and VFD

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years HVAC, refrigeration, technical sales, application engineering, or account-management experience.
• Experience with commercial and residential refrigeration compression technologies and applications.
• Understanding of Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) products and applications.
• Experience with sales forecasting, margin analysis, pricing, customer account planning, and technical or consultative selling.
• SAP and Salesforce knowledge and experience.

Responsibilities

• Grow Carlyle revenue and profitability across assigned accounts and territory by developing trusted customer relationships.
• Coordinate cross-functional technical and commercial solutions with internal teams.
• Prepare quotations and pricing recommendations; evaluate costs, margins, and market conditions.
• Maintain ownership of customer communication and resolve order, delivery, payment, warranty, quality, and application issues.
• Travel approximately 35% within the United States with occasional international travel.
