Job summary
Carrier Global Corporation seeks a Regional Sales Manager to grow Carlyle revenue across assigned accounts and territory, leveraging technical acumen and consultative selling. You will coordinate with engineering, product management, and operations to deliver tailored HVAC/R solutions and quotes.
Remote position preferred in the Eastern/Central Time Zone, USA, with up to 35% travel within the US and occasional international travel.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years HVAC, refrigeration, technical sales, application engineering, or account-management experience.
- High School Diploma with 5+ years HVAC, refrigeration, technical sales, application engineering, or account-management experience.
Responsibilities
- Own and grow Eastern U.S. and Canadian accounts; act as primary commercial contact.
- Develop account plans to support revenue and profitability objectives.
- Prepare quotations and pricing; negotiate terms; communicate actions to customers.
- Coordinate technical sales support with Engineering and Product Management.
- Monitor orders, backlog and delivery performance; coordinate recovery plans when needed.
- Support SIOP by maintaining forecasts and identifying product transitions.
