Carrier is seeking a motivated Regional Sales Manager to drive Carlyle revenue across Eastern U.S. and Canada from a remote location in the USA.

You will develop trusted customer relationships, coordinate technical and commercial solutions, and own account plans to meet short- and long-term revenue objectives. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in HVAC/technical sales or account management, and can travel ~35% across the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with 3+ years in HVAC/technical sales.
• Ability to travel up to 35% within the U.S.
• Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Grow Carlyle revenue across assigned Eastern U.S. and Canada accounts.
• Develop account plans and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Prepare quotations and pricing recommendations; negotiate terms.
• Track orders, delivery, and customer commitments; escalate risks when needed.
