Carrier Global Corporation, Carlyle unit, is seeking a motivated Regional Sales Manager to grow revenue across Eastern U.S. and Canadian accounts.

This remote role favors candidates in the Eastern/Central Time Zone USA who can build trusted relationships and coordinate cross-functional solutions. You will own accounts, develop plans, prepare quotations, and partner with engineering and product teams to deliver technical and commercial solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years HVAC, refrigeration, technical sales or account management experience.
• Experience with cross-functional teams and consultative selling is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow Eastern U.S. and Canadian accounts, acting as primary commercial contact.
• Develop account plans to meet revenue and profitability goals.
• Coordinate technical and commercial solutions with engineering and product teams.
• Prepare quotations, pricing recommendations, and negotiate terms.
• Maintain accurate account information in CRM and internal tools.
• Travel up to 35% across the U.S. with occasional international travel.
