Job summary

Carrier seeks a motivated Regional Sales Manager to own and grow Eastern U.S. and Canadian accounts, acting as the primary commercial contact for customers.

You will develop account plans, coordinate pricing, and drive revenue with cross-functional teams across engineering, product management, and operations. The role is remote, preferably aligned to the Eastern/Central US time zones, with opportunities to engage in technical presentations, market intelligence gathering, and strategic pricing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years HVAC, refrigeration, technical sales, application engineering, or account-management experience.
• Experience with commercial/residential refrigeration compression technologies and applications.
• Understanding of Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) products and applications.
• Knowledge of refrigerants including CO2, ammonia, and propane.
• Experience with sales forecasting, margin analysis, pricing, and account planning.
• Proficiency with SAP, Salesforce and MS Office; ability to communicate technically.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow Eastern U.S. and Canadian accounts as primary commercial contact.
• Develop account plans to support revenue and profitability targets.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams for quotations, pricing, and product selection.
• Present technical solutions and negotiate favorable terms with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of opportunities, visits, and action items in CRM.
• Support SIOP and forecast accuracy with market insight and project opportunities.
