Carrier, a global leader in climate and energy solutions, seeks a Regional Sales Manager (Carlyle) to grow revenue across Eastern U.S. and Canada. You will lead commercial relationships, develop account plans, and coordinate technical and pricing solutions with engineering, product management, and finance.

Travel ~35% is expected, with a focus on strategic account growth. Required at least a Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years in HVAC/technical sales (or a high school diploma with 5+ years

Qualifications

• Strong written, verbal, presentation, organizational, and follow-through skills.
• Ability to develop quotations and pricing proposals.
• Proven experience in consultative selling and managing customer relationships.

Responsabilités

• Own and grow selected Eastern U.S. and Canadian accounts, serving as the primary commercial contact.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve order, delivery, payment and warranty issues.
• Prepare quotations, pricing recommendations, and negotiate commercial terms.
• Forecasts and demand planning contributions to SIOP processes.
• Travel up to 35% within the United States with occasional international travel.
