Cribl is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for Digital Native startups. This remote-first role covers the Northeastern United States, focusing on building executive-level relationships, shaping strategic deals, and driving growth across the sales cycle.

You will empower customers with Cribl’s telemetry platform, leverage MEDDIC, and collaborate with security and IT stakeholders to win multi-logo opportunities while meeting demanding targets and timelines.

Qualifications

• 3+ years quota-carrying security sales experience (SIEM & Observability).
• Experience with at least one earlier stage startup (<1000 employees) or demonstrated entrepreneurial skills.
• Proven track record of landing multiple new logos each year.
• Experience selling through a channel-led motion.
• Able to create demand in a territory and selling un-budgeted solutions.
• Background using MEDDIC.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic account plans for Digital Native startups.
• Manage and maintain the entire sales ecosystem from generating leads through closing.
• Educate customers on Cribl's value during the sales process.
• Articulate our value proposition up to CxO level.
• Forecast predictably and hit sales targets.
• Work across time zones as a remote-first team.
