Cribl is a remote-first company seeking an Enterprise Regional Sales Manager based in Michigan. You will own the regional sales lifecycle, from prospecting to closing, and build enduring customer relationships with security, IT, and executive stakeholders.

The role emphasizes MEDDIC, channel-led motions, and a track record of landing multiple new logos yearly. Base salary is competitive and location-sensitive, with additional incentives.

Formación

• 4+ years of quota carrying Enterprise Security sales experience calling on Security (SIEM & Observability) & IT Personas (CISO/CIO's).
• Experience with at least one earlier stage start-up <1000 employees or demonstrated entrepreneurial skills.
• Proven track record of landing 5+ new logos each year and running a complex sales process.
• Experience selling through a channel led motion.
• Ability to create demand in a territory and sell un-budgeted solutions.
• Background using MEDDIC.

Responsabilidades

• Develop a business plan to overachieve sales goals.
• Manage the entire sales ecosystem from generating leads through closing.
• Help customers understand Cribl's value during the sales process.
• Articulate Cribl's value up to CxO level.
• Forecasting predictably and hit sales targets.
• Work across time zones in a remote-first environment.
