Job summary

Cribl is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for a remote-first role based out of the Northeastern United States. You will develop multi-threaded opportunities, manage from lead to close, and build executive relationships with Digital Native startups.

You will articulate Cribl’s value across organizations, hit quarterly targets, and navigate time zones. The role offers base salary 100,000–125,000 USD plus incentives and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of quota carrying security sales experience targeting Security (SIEM & Observability) & IT personas.
• Experience with at least one early-stage startup (<1000 employees) or demonstrated entrepreneurial skills.
• Proven track record of landing multiple new logos each year and handling a complex sales process.
• Experience selling through a channel-led motion.
• Ability to create demand in a territory and sell un-budgeted solutions.
• Background using MEDDIC.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic account plans for Digital Native startups, aligning Cribl’s value to business priorities, building executive-level relationships, and creating multi-threaded opportunities for new business and expansion.
• Manage and maintain the entire sales ecosystem from generating leads through closing.
• Educate customers on the value of Cribl during the sales process.
• Articulate our value proposition up and down the organization, from engineer up to CxO.
• Forecast predictably and hit sales targets.
• We are a remote-first company and work happens across many time-zones – you may be required to occasionally perform duties outside your standard working hours.
