Job summary

Cribl is seeking an Enterprise Regional Sales Manager to lead security and IT persona engagements from Michigan in a remote-first setup. You will craft business plans, manage leads through closing, and articulate Cribl’s value from engineers to CxOs.

The role emphasizes a track record of 5+ new logos annually, channel partnerships, and MEDDIC-driven selling. Local candidates preferred for Michigan territory.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of quota carrying Enterprise Security sales experience.
• Experience with at least one earlier stage start-up organization <1000 employees or demonstrated entrepreneurial skills.
• Proven track record of landing 5+ new logos each year and ability to run a complex sales process.
• Experience selling through a channel led motion.
• Able to create demand in a territory and sell un-budgeted solutions.
• Background using MEDDIC.

Responsibilities

• Develop a business plan to overachieve sales goals.
• Manage and maintain the entire sales ecosystem from generating leads through closing.
• Help customers understand the value of Cribl during the sales process.
• Articulate Cribl’s value proposition up to CxO level.
• Forecasting predictably and hitting sales targets.
• Work across time zones due to remote-first environment.
