Cribl is hiring a Regional Sales Manager for a remote role based in the United States. You will lead strategic account planning for Digital Native startups, build executive relationships, and drive multi-threaded opportunities for new business and expansion.

You will manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to close, educate customers on Cribl’s value, and articulate it up to CxO levels. You will forecast reliably and meet sales targets in a remote-first, multi-time-zone environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of quota carrying security sales experience targeting Security IT personas.
• Experience with early-stage startups (<1000 employees) or demonstrated entrepreneurial skills.
• Proven track record landing multiple new logos annually and managing complex sales cycles.
• Experience selling through a channel-led motion.
• Able to create demand in a territory and sell un-budgeted solutions.
• Familiarity with MEDDIC sales methodology.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic account plans for Digital Native startups, aligning Cribl's value to business priorities and building executive relationships.
• Manage and maintain the entire sales ecosystem from lead generation to closing.
• Educate customers on Cribl's value during the sales process.
• Articulate Cribl's value up to CxO level across organizations.
• Forecast accurately and meet sales targets.
• Work across time zones in a remote-first environment.
