Qualifications

• B2B sales experience in robotics or industrial automation.
• Hands-on Collaborative Robot (Cobots) sales preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Existing network within system integrators (SI), OEMs, or manufacturing customers.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute regional sales strategy to achieve revenue targets
• Build and manage a robust sales pipeline from prospecting through deal closure
• Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with system integrators (SI) and end users
• Lead solution-based selling through product demonstrations and collaboration with engineering teams
• Maintain accurate forecasting, reporting, and pipeline visibility
