Job summary

Standard Bots is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth across the West Coast by connecting cutting-edge robotics solutions with manufacturing, logistics, and industrial customers. You will lead the full sales cycle, qualify leads, negotiate, and close deals while collaborating with engineering and product teams to tailor compelling proposals. The role is remote-friendly with residency in the U.S.

South Central area (ideally Texas). Visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in robotics, industrial automation, or related tech.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of automation technologies and industrial workflows.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities within manufacturing, logistics, and industrial sectors
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, integrators, and channel partners
• Understand customer challenges and align them with our robotics solutions
• Lead the entire sales cycle—from prospecting and lead qualification to negotiation and closing
• Collaborate with the technical team to tailor demos, proposals, and solutions for each customer
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences
• Provide market insights and feedback to inform product development and strategy
• Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
