Job summary

Standard Bots is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for US South Central. This remote-friendly role focuses on developing new business, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth in manufacturing, logistics, and industrial environments.

You will translate complex robotics capabilities into compelling value propositions, collaborate with engineering, and help shape go-to-market strategies. Remote-friendly in the U.S. South Central, ideally Texas; visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in robotics or industrial automation.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of automation technologies and robotics integration.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities within manufacturing, logistics, and industrial sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, integrators, and channel partners.
• Understand customer challenges and align them with our robotics solutions.
• Lead the entire sales cycle—from prospecting and lead qualification to negotiation and closing.
• Collaborate with the technical team to tailor demos, proposals, and solutions for each customer.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
• Provide market insights and feedback to inform product development and strategy.
• Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
