W3Global is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for Robotics and Industrial Automation. This remote role covers the US West Coast and Texas regions, with up to 60% travel. You will drive revenue by selling cobots and automation solutions through SI networks, distributors, OEMs, and end users.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in robotics B2B sales, a proven territory approach, and strong presentation and negotiation skills. This role offers base salary with commissions and benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B sales in robotics or industrial automation.
• Direct sales with robots or cobots and solution selling.
• Established network with SIs, integrators, distributors, OEMs, and manufacturers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to hit revenue targets.
• Identify and pursue new business with manufacturers and automation markets.
• Build relationships with system integrators, distributors, OEMs, and end users.
• Promote cobots and industrial automation solutions; conduct demos and presentations.
• Expand channel partnerships and manage the full sales cycle from lead to close.
