Ingersoll Rand is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for Elmo Rietschle to lead channel partner networks and drive revenue across a broad Northeast US territory. Qualifications

• 3+ years of industrial sales experience in blowers, vacuums or rotating equipment.
• Strong channel sales and partner-management skills.
• Technical knowledge of dry and lubricated vacuum technologies and blower systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop Channel Partners to drive sales.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to execute territory strategies.
• Lead sales activities and pipeline development.
• Provide technical and product support to customers.
• Engage in all stages of the sales cycle including quoting and account management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product commercialization and growth.
• Lead customer engagements and presentations at trade shows and conferences.
• Oversee a network of Channel Partner organizations across multiple states.
