Job summary

Ingersoll Rand is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for Elmo Rietschle to drive growth across a remote Northeast-based territory. You will manage a wide channel network, collaborate with product teams, and lead sales activities to meet revenue targets.

The role requires deep knowledge of vacuum technologies and strong communication skills, with up to 50% travel. A bachelor’s degree in engineering or business and experience with Salesforce/SAP are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience in industrial sales with blowers, vacuums or rotating equipment.
• Experience managing a large channel partner network across multiple states.
• Strong understanding of dry/lubricated vacuum technologies and boosters.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop Channel Partners to drive sales of Elmo Rietschle products.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop territory strategies.
• Lead sales activities and pipeline development via partners and direct customers.
• Provide technical and product support including installation guidance and troubleshooting.
