Job summary

Ingersoll Rand is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for Elmo Rietschle to drive revenue across a broad U.S. Northeast region, with remote work and substantial travel. You will cultivate channel partners, align with product leadership, and guide customers through complex sales cycles from qualification to close.

The role requires 3+ years in industrial sales for blowers and vacuums, strong technical aptitude, and proficient use of Salesforce; travel up to 50%+ is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma not sufficient; Bachelor's or equivalent preferred.
• 3+ years of industrial sales experience with blowers, vacuums, or rotating equipment.
• Experience with channel partner networks and territory planning.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a robust network of Channel Partners to drive Elmo Rietschle product sales.
• Collaborate with Partner Principals and Product Champions to execute territory strategies.
• Lead sales activities and maintain a pipeline via Salesforce.
• Provide technical and product support to customers including installation guidance.
