Job summary

Ingersoll Rand's Elmo Rietschle division seeks a Regional Sales Manager to drive revenue across a large Northeast-focused territory. You will lead channel partners, develop strategic plans, and coordinate with Engineering, Product Management and Operations to bring value to customers.

The role requires 3+ years of industrial sales experience, strong technical acumen, and outstanding communication. Expect up to 50% overnight travel, remote work near a major airport, and a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience in industrial sales with blowers, vacuums or rotating equipment.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering or business preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce and channel partner networks is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a network of channel partners to meet sales goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define territory strategies aligned to revenue targets.
• Lead pipeline development via cold calls, market research, and partner networks.
• Provide technical education and product support to customers.
• Participate in all sales cycle stages including quoting and collections.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Product Management, and Operations for account growth.
