Job summary

Mattr is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the US West region. The role focuses on driving profitable growth across the Western United States by developing demand with OEMs, distributors, and end users, while strengthening the company’s channel network.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage pricing decisions within approvals, and report on territory performance. A strong technical selling background and travel flexibility are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1+ years in sales or marketing in heat-shrink/wire/electronics.
• Experience with technical selling and channel management.
• Ability to build relationships with customers, distributors, and internal teams.
• Commercial judgment on pricing, margins, and quotations.
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities through order fulfillment.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a regional sales plan for Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Nevada, California, Utah and Arizona.
• Build strong relationships with OEMs, end users, distributors, engineering firms, and sales agents.
• Generate demand by targeting new customers, applications, markets, and end-use specifications.
• Collaborate with product managers and senior management to adjust regional strategies as market conditions evolve.
