Matrox Video is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the Western Region of the United States. This role blends technical fluency with business relationship management to ensure sales targets are met and customers are satisfied with our wide range of software and hardware solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in technical sales with a proven record of developing new business and maintaining existing accounts.
• Results-oriented with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas in a simple manner.
• Strong computer skills including high level of proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce.
• Strong business decision-making skills and ability to take initiative.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused orientation.
• Autonomous, self-motivated, proactive and creative problem solver.
• Capable of multitasking and prioritizing tasks under pressure.
• Valid passport and ability to travel internationally to tradeshows, customer sites, and training sessions.

Responsibilities

• Manage the sales pipeline, accounts and channels;
• Chase and qualify leads;
• Prospect new clients;
• Sell Matrox Products to all levels of an organization, including the Executive level;
• Provide a forecast;
• Travel to customer sites, on a regular basis, to educate, train and support key customers;
• Attend tradeshows;
• Maintain the CRM updated.
