ContiTech seeks a seasoned regional sales leader to drive top-line growth and margin in the Western United States. The role requires managing direct reports and working remotely with coverage across CA, AZ, NM, CO, NV, TX, WY, OR, WA, MT, UT, ID, AK, and HI.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in sales, 3+ years in management, and proven CRM proficiency. Frequent travel and close collaboration with marketing are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field required.
• 7 years of sales experience and direct end-user accounts experience.
• 3+ years of management/leadership experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated with ability to multitask and lead a sales team.
• Proficiency with MS Office and CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce).
• Willingness to travel >50% and operate remotely within Western US.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional sales team to grow top-line revenue and margin for the Western US region.
• Develop regional plans and strategies for distributors and direct end-user accounts.
• Maintain and expand key customer relationships to sustain value.
• Coach sales reps and manage performance to achieve targets.
• Collaborate with sales/marketing on strategies to leverage the Continental brand.
• Oversee talent development, coaching, and retention in the region.
• Travel extensively (>50%).
