Job summary

ContiTech seeks a regional sales leader to own the Western US market, driving top-line growth and margin expansion. The role is remote-based with extensive travel, covering CA, AZ, NM, and other states, managing a regional team and key distributors.

You will develop plans, nurture strategic client relationships, coach reps, and collaborate with marketing to leverage the Continental brand. Bachelor's and 7+ years in sales are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• 7 years of sales experience.
• 3 years management/ leading people experience.
• Experience with direct end user accounts and selling via distribution channels.
• Proficient in MS Office applications and CRM.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional sales team to grow and sustain top line sales and bottom-line margin growth.
• Develop regional plans to identify top line sales and bottom-line margin growth strategies.
• Develop and maintain key customer relationships to ensure customer value is sustained.
• Coach and mentor sales personnel in establishing professional relationships with client decision makers.
• Extensive travel will be necessary (over 50% of time).
