Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a technical sales role.
• Associate's or undergraduate degree and/or equivalent sales experience.
• Strong technical aptitude—understand the products you sell.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office.
• Willingness to travel up to 80%.
• Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop new customer relationships while expanding existing accounts.
• Conduct regular sales calls, product presentations, and lead follow-ups.
• Communicate product updates, pricing changes, and enhancements to current customers.
• Maintain accurate, detailed records of prospects and customers in the CRM system.
• Monitor competitor activity and market conditions to inform strategy.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of sales strategy and marketing plans.
• Deliver on annual, quarterly, and monthly sales targets for the region.
