Job summary

ContiTech is seeking a regional sales leader for the Western United States. The role is remote-based with responsibilities to drive top-line growth, manage margins, and develop distributor and end-user relationships across CA, AZ, NM, CO, NV, TX, and neighboring states.

You will coach sales reps, liaise with marketing, and travel extensively to meet objectives. The ideal candidate has 7+ years in sales, 3+ years in management, and strong CRM/MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• 7 years of sales experience.
• Experience with direct end user accounts and selling via distribution channels.
• 3 years management/ leading people experience.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional sales team to grow and sustain top line sales and bottom-line margin growth.
• Develop regional plans and strategies for the Western US region.
• Maintain key customer relationships to ensure ongoing value.
• Coach and develop sales personnel to meet targets.
• Travel is expected to be greater than 50% of time.
