Job summary

ContiTech is seeking a regional sales leader to drive top-line and margin growth for the Western United States. The role reports to the regional leadership and is remote-based, covering CA, AZ, NM, CO, NV, TX, and neighboring states.

You will manage direct reports and develop regional plans to reach aggressive targets. The ideal candidate has 7+ years in sales, 3+ years in management, strong communication, and a proven track record with end users and distributors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• 7 years of sales experience.
• Experience with direct end user accounts and selling via distribution channels.
• 3 years management/ leading people experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with customers and executives.
• Self-motivated with ability to prioritize and multitask; strong leadership.
• Proficient in MS Office; CRM experience; SAP & Salesforce familiarity.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship; no relocation assistance.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and meet/exceed revenue targets within the assigned region.
• Develop regional plans to determine processes to achieve goals and objectives.
• Develop and maintain key customer relationships to sustain value.
• Develop and mentor sales reps; manage performance to improve results.
• Provide feedback to sales/marketing on opportunities and strategies.
• Oversee career development, coaching, and retention initiatives for the team.
• Coach sales personnel in building professional relationships with client decision makers.
• Travel extensively (greater than 50% of time).
