Zusammenfassung

Mattr is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the Western United States. Remote, based in Arizona or Oregon, you will drive profitable growth by expanding OEM and end-user demand, strengthening distributors and agents, and aligning customer needs with Mattr’s commercial strategy.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Customer Service, Operations, Marketing, and Accounting to optimize pricing, delivery, and channel management while expanding market presence and business opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• One or more years of sales or marketing experience in heat-shrinkable tubing, wire and cable, electrical, or electronics.
• Experience with technical selling and channel management concepts.
• Ability to develop relationships with customers, distributors, engineering firms, agents, and internal teams.
• Commercial judgment related to pricing, margins, quotations, distribution, and customer requirements.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute a regional sales plan that drives profitable growth across the Western United States (WA, OR, ID, NV, CA, UT, AZ).
• Build strong relationships with OEMs, end users, distributors, engineering firms, and sales agents through visits, meetings and presentations.
• Generate demand for DSG-Canusa products by targeting new customers, applications and end-use specifications.
• Develop and manage a channel strategy through distributor training, joint customer visits, and agent support.
• Manage opportunities from qualification through quotation and order fulfillment with sound pricing and margin decisions.
• Monitor sales, bookings, margins, budgets, customer activity and agent performance with monthly reporting.
• Maintain a strong territory presence through industry committees, trade shows and professional networks.
• Provide market intelligence on competitive activity, trends, and new product opportunities.
• Collaborate with product managers and senior management to adjust regional strategies as market conditions evolve.
