Job summary

The Toro Company is seeking a Regional Business Manager to drive annual sales and profitability across Latin America and Caribbean markets. The role focuses on golf and turf segments, coordinating with distributors and cross-functional teams to meet divisional goals.

Responsibilities include developing sales plans, mentoring the sales team, and expanding the distributor network. Travel up to ~50% is required, with a base in the Bloomington, MN HQ or remote within the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or marketing; 10+ years sales/marketing experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Spanish, both oral & written.
• Experience managing multi-channel distribution networks.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual sales plans to grow market share.
• Coach and lead sales staff across regions.
• Collaborate with distributors to drive growth.
• Manage relationships with customers, marketing, and leadership.
