Job summary

The Toro Company is seeking a Regional Business Manager to drive Latin America and Caribbean sales, profitability, and market growth. This role focuses on Commercial Golf, Irrigation, and parts, coordinating with distributors and cross-functional teams to meet divisional goals.

Travel ~50% and supervision of the regional sales team are required, with a bachelor’s in business or marketing and advanced Spanish proficiency. Remote work is possible within the US near major airports.

Qualifications

10+ years of combined sales & marketing experience with multiple channels of distribution.
Proven ability to develop and execute annual business and sales account plans.
Subject matter expertise across product lines and customer benefits.
Strong written and verbal communication for complex negotiations.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams to achieve objectives.
Data-driven analytical skills to support programs and promotions.

Responsibilities

Develop sales plans per business segment with the sales team.
Provide coaching, mentorship, and leadership to sales staff.
Achieve annual sales and profitability objectives via distributor network.
Identify new business opportunities and market segments.
Coordinate field issue resolutions with Customer Care and provide technical sales support.
Lead distributors to improve performance and drive product introductions.
Conduct product and sales training to upgrade distributor capabilities.
