Job summary

The Toro Company is seeking a Regional Business Manager to drive annual sales and profitability across Latin America and the Caribbean. You will manage golf and turf product lines, coordinate with distributors, and lead cross-functional teams to grow market share.

Responsibilities include developing annual business plans, providing leadership to the sales team, and identifying new market opportunities while collaborating with marketing, customer care, and leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business or marketing; MBA preferred.
10+ years of combined sales & marketing experience with multiple distribution channels.
Advanced proficiency in Spanish, both oral and written.
Strong communication and ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Provide coaching, mentorship, and leadership to sales staff.
Develop and execute annual business plans that achieve sales and profitability goals.
Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans for region.
Identify new business opportunities and market segments.
Coordinate field issue resolutions with Customer Care and provide technical sales support.
Lead distributor development, training, and program implementation.
Develop market development plans and manage travel ~50%.
