Job summary

The Toro Company, a global leader in lawn and landscape equipment, seeks a Regional Business Manager for Latin America and the Caribbean. The role focuses on growing sales and profitability across commercial golf, irrigation products, and parts, leveraging a distributor network and cross-functional teams.

You will report to the Vice President – International Division, manage regional sales, and travel roughly 50% to meet clients and partners.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of combined sales & marketing experience managing business plans and P&L with multiple channels of distribution.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute annual business and sales account plans.
• Proven ability to develop subject matter expertise in products, features and customer benefits across product lines and competitors.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for complex negotiations with customer stakeholders.
• Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams to achieve goals and annual objectives.
• Data-based analytical skills to drive programs and promotions achieving annual objectives.
• Proven conflict management skills across all decision-maker levels.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple demanding projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales plans per business segment with Sales Team.
• Provide coaching, mentorship, and leadership to sales staff.
• Create annual business plans to achieve sales and profitability goals.
• Identify new opportunities and market segments.
• Coordinate field issue resolution with Customer Care and provide technical sales support.
• Lead and direct distributors to improve performance and growth.
• Conduct product/sales trainings to upgrade distributor knowledge and skills.
• Develop distributor channels to meet growth opportunities.
