Job summary

The Toro Company, a global leader in turf and irrigation, seeks a Regional Business Manager to drive sales and profitability for Latin America and the Caribbean. The role focuses on growing market share through distributor partnerships and strategic product plans across golf and turf segments.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, coach sales staff, and travel roughly 50% to client sites and distributors, building lasting relationships and delivering annual objectives.

Qualifications

• Advanced Spanish language skills required for regional engagement.
• Proven track record in regional sales leadership.
• Experience with developing distributor networks.

Responsibilities

• Sales Team Management: Develop sales plans per business segment and coach staff.
• Sales Leadership: Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans; drive profitability.
• Distributor Development/Support: Build and train distributor networks; promote new products.
• Market Development: Identify opportunities and develop entry plans.
• Other Job-Related Components: Travel ~50%, report to VP – International Division, build relationships.
