Job summary

The Toro Company is seeking a Regional Business Manager to drive sales and profitability across the Latin America and Caribbean markets. The role develops sales plans, mentors the regional team, and builds strong distributor partnerships to expand market share in commercial golf, irrigation, and turf segments.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage multiple channels, and travel ~50% to meet growth objectives. Advanced Spanish and a business degree are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or marketing required.
• Advanced proficiency in Spanish (written and spoken).
• 10+ years of combined sales & marketing experience with multiple channels of distribution.
• Proven ability to develop and execute annual business and sales plans.
• Strong written and verbal communication for complex negotiations with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales plans per business segment.
• Provide coaching, mentorship, and leadership to regional sales staff.
• Achieve annual sales and profitability objectives for LATAM and Caribbean.
• Manage distributor network relationships across markets.
• Drive growth through new market opportunities and cross-functional collaboration.
• Travel approximately 50% to engage customers and partners.
