Job summary

Elevate is seeking an experienced Regional Business Manager to lead revenue growth for Elevate Commercial Roofing Systems, a division under Amrize. The RBM will oversee independent reps in the East, covering New England and surrounding states, driving market share and profitability across EPDM, TPO, PVC, asphalt, metal, insulation, and accessories.

The role requires strategic planning, collaboration with senior leaders, and a strong focus on safety and training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or 8 years of relevant sales experience.
• At least 5 years management or leadership experience.
• A motivated self-starter.

Responsibilities

• Develop regional business plans to drive share growth across target markets.
• Forecast region and key accounts and provide insights into performance.
• Manage Sales Reps and Regional Area Managers to ensure KPI achievement.
• Lead regional sales meetings and participate in large project closures.
