Job summary

Elevate is seeking a Regional Business Manager to lead the East region's revenue, market share, and profit growth for Elevate Commercial Roofing Systems. You will develop strategic sales plans, manage independent reps, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to expand market share across New England and nearby states.

The RBM will guide regional business development, forecast performance, and support large project wins, while ensuring safety protocols and training for the sales force.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or 8 years of relevant sales experience preferably in the commercial roofing industry.
• At least 5 years management or leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead division revenue, market share and profit growth for the East region of Elevate Commercial Roofing Systems.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans, goals and incentives for independent sales reps.
• Supervise Regional Area Manager(s) and coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive growth.
• Develop regional business plans to achieve annual revenue, square foot and margin targets.
• Forecast regional performance and provide insights on customer and market trends.
• Support large project closures and convert strategic customers to Elevate.
