Elevate, a division of Amrize, seeks an experienced Regional Business Manager to lead revenue growth for Elevate Commercial Roofing Systems across the East region, including New England and Maryland. You will develop regional sales plans, oversee independent reps and regional managers, and collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Marketing, and Operations to achieve annual targets.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or 8 years in sales; at least 5 years of leadership, a self-starter

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or 8 years of sales experience.
• Minimum 5 years in management or leadership roles.
• Self-starter with a track record of meeting revenue targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop regional sales plans that drive revenue growth.
