Job summary

Amrize seeks an Elevate Regional Business Manager to lead revenue, market share, and profit growth for Elevate Commercial Roofing Systems across New England and surrounding states. The RBM will coordinate with independent sales representatives and Elevate/Amrize teams to execute strategic plans and drive performance.

The role requires developing regional plans, forecasting, and supervising Regional Area Managers while ensuring reps have the data, training and resources to succeed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or 8 years of relevant sales experience.
• At least 5 years management or leadership experience.
• A motivated self-starter.

Responsibilities

• Develop regional business plans that drive share growth across target markets and product categories.
• Create regional sales plans with short- and long-term goals for each market and key customer.
• Forecast region and provide insights into customer and market performance.
• Manage sales reps and regional area managers to ensure performance across product categories.
• Attend sales meetings, events, and culture-building activities; support large project closures.
