Elevate is seeking an experienced Regional Business Manager to drive revenue, market share, and profit for Elevate Commercial Roofing Systems. You will lead independent sales reps across New England and surrounding states, promoting EPDM, TPO, PVC, asphalt, metal, insulation, and accessories.

The role reports to senior sales leadership and requires building a high-performing regional team, forecasting performance, and aligning with Amrize’s strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or 8 years of relevant sales experience preferably in the commercial roofing industry.
• At least 5 years management or leadership experience.
• A motivated self-starter.

Responsabilités

• Develop regional business plans to drive share growth across target markets.
• Lead and coach independent sales reps and regional managers.
• Forecast region performance and provide meaningful market insights.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to execute regional strategies.
• Attend sales meetings, events, and large project closures.
• Ensure resources and training for reps to succeed and drive safety compliance.
