Elevate, a division under Amrize, seeks an experienced Regional Business Manager to lead revenue growth across the East region for East markets, including New England and surrounding states. You will coordinate independent sales reps, regional managers, and cross-functional teams to execute strategic plans and promote Elevate’s low-slope roofing products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 8 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in the commercial roofing industry.
• Minimum 5 years management or leadership experience.
• Adherence to safety protocols and proper PPE usage is mandatory.

Responsabilités

• Develop regional business plans to drive share growth across target markets.
• Create regional sales plans with short- and long-term goals for each market.
• Forecast regional revenue and provide insights on customer and market performance.
• Manage Sales Reps and Regional Area Managers to ensure performance across product lines.
• Lead regional meetings and support closure of large projects with key customers.
