Job summary

Amrize seeks an Elevate Regional Business Manager to lead revenue and market share for the East region in Elevate Commercial Roofing Systems. You will coordinate independent reps, supervise Regional Area Managers, and drive strategies across New England and surrounding states.

The role partners with senior leaders to hit annual revenue, square foot, and margin goals while ensuring safety and program execution across product lines and channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or 8 years of sales experience.
• At least 5 years of management or leadership experience.
• Self-motivated with strong initiative.
• Adherence to safety protocols and PPE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop regional business plans to grow share across target markets.
• Execute regional activities aligned with company strategy.
• Collaborate with sales teams, product management, and marketing to drive revenue.
• Forecast region and key accounts; provide market insights.
• Lead Sales Reps and Regional Area Managers to achieve targets.
• Attend meetings, events, and large project closures; drive key accounts.
