Job summary

Elevate, a division under Amrize, seeks a Regional Business Manager to lead revenue and market growth for the East region, spanning New England and surrounding states. You will supervise independent reps and regional managers, driving strategic initiatives and closing large projects.

You will partner with senior sales leaders to forecast, plan, and execute programs across EPDM, TPO, PVC, insulation, and accessories in a fast-paced building envelope market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 8+ years of relevant sales experience in building envelope/roofing preferred.
• At least 5 years of management or leadership experience.
• Willingness to adhere to safety protocols and Amrize PPE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop regional business plans to drive revenue and market share.
• Lead independent sales reps and Regional Area Managers across the East region.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute regional strategies and forecasts.
• Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitive practices to grow share.
• Represent Elevate in meetings, events, and large project closures.
