Elevate is seeking an experienced Regional Business Manager to lead revenue, market share, and profit growth for Elevate Commercial Roofing Systems, a division under Amrize. You will develop regional plans, manage independent reps, and partner with senior leaders to meet annual goals.

The role covers New England, Maryland and nearby states, with collaboration across Marketing, Product, and Operations to optimize product lines and territory performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or 8 years of relevant sales experience.
• At least 5 years of management or leadership experience.
• A motivated self-starter.

Responsibilities

• Develop regional business plans to drive share growth across target markets and product categories.
• Forecast region performance and provide meaningful insights into customer and market performance.
• Lead independent sales reps and Regional Area Managers to execute company strategy and achieve revenue goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive regional growth and share of market.
• Attend meetings, events and large project closures to convert strategic customers.
