Job summary

Elevate, a division under Amrize, seeks a Regional Business Manager to drive revenue, market share, and profit growth for Elevate Commercial Roofing Systems across New England and surrounding states. You will develop strategic plans, oversee independent reps, and align with executive leadership to meet targets.

You will manage training, resources, and a regional team while steering large projects to closure and expanding key accounts. A strong leadership background in roofing sales is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or 8 years of relevant sales experience.
• At least 5 years management or leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional revenue, market share, and profit growth for Elevate Commercial Roofing Systems.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans and incentives for independent sales reps.
• Forecast regional performance and analyze market trends for strategic decisions.
• Coordinate with Senior Director of Sales and other leaders to meet revenue and margin goals.
• Oversee training, resources, and development for reps and regional managers.
