Job summary

HID Global Corporation is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for Linen and Uniform Management Solutions in the U.S. hospitality market. This remote role requires building and managing a strong pipeline to win HID InvoTech and Linen Management solutions, with a focus on luxury hotels, resorts, and management companies.

You will quantify labor and inventory improvements and drive ROI-led proposals. You will develop regional laundry supplier relationships and coordinate with Sales leadership on

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B sales or business development in hospitality or related industries.
• Established relationships within the U.S. hotel market or hospitality procurement.
• Experience with RFID, inventory systems, or workforce technology is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own direct sales growth within an assigned U.S. hospitality territory.
• Build a qualified pipeline through outbound prospecting and referrals.
• Sell HID InvoTech Uniform Management and Linen Management solutions.
• Lead discovery discussions to quantify labor, inventory, and process improvements.
• Develop ROI models, proposals, and demonstrations to drive adoption.
• Coordinate design, pricing, contracting, and implementation with cross-functional teams.
• Develop regional laundry and linen supplier relationships and coordinate national accounts.
