HID Global, part of the ASSA ABLOY Group, seeks a Regional Sales Manager for Linen & Uniform Management Solutions NAM. This remote US role targets luxury hospitality segments, selling HID InvoTech and Linen Management solutions across the U.S.

You will lead discovery, build ROI-focused proposals, and drive opportunities from prospecting through close, coordinating with Product, Operations, and Customer Success teams to ensure customer value realization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of successful B2B sales or business development experience in hospitality, hotel tech, or linen/uniform services.
• Established relationships within the U.S. hotel market and with procurement leaders.
• Experience managing long-cycle, multi-stakeholder solution sales.

Responsabilités

• Own direct sales growth in an assigned U.S. hospitality territory.
• Build a qualified pipeline through outbound prospecting and inbound leads.
• Lead discovery discussions to quantify labor, inventory, and process improvements.
• Develop ROI models, proposals, and demonstrations to enable customer adoption.
• Coordinate pricing, contracting, implementation planning, and handoff with cross-functional teams.
