The ideal candidate has 5+ years in lighting, strong data analytics, and CRM fluency. You will collaborate with Marketing, Product Development, Engineering and Inside Sales Support to maximize market impact.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the lighting industry.
• Experience managing multi-state or multi-market territories.
• Strategic planning and budget management experience.
• Ability to analyze data and translate insights into action.
• Travel up to 50% per month.
• Experience with CRM utilization.

Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned regional and territory sales goals.
• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Lead, train and manage a sales team to maximize performance.
