Job summary

You will build relationships with lighting designers, electrical consultants, and contractors, deliver technical demonstrations, and manage a regional pipeline from initial contact through deployment. This role reports to the Director, Sales and Customer Support and requires travel up to 30-50%.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree required or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in lighting or related industry.
• Proven ability to develop and manage regional sales channels.

Responsibilities

• Develop regional sales pipeline with agents and OEMs.
• Secure specifications from designers and consultants.
• Provide product integration guidance and sales training to partners.
• Manage forecasts and opportunity records in CRM.
• Travel within the Central U.S. (30-50%).
