Job summary

ESP PROSEARCH is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the Central region in lighting. The role focuses on growing sales, expanding the independent agent network, and cultivating relationships with architects, lighting designers, specifiers, distributors, contractors, and other partners.

The successful candidate will bring proven lighting sales experience, multi-state territory management, and a track record in channel development. Central U.S. travel is expected as part of market development.

Qualifications

• Must have proven sales experience in lighting or related electrical-products market.
• Experience managing a regional or multi-state territory.
• Strong knowledge of architectural, specification, or commercial lighting.
• Experience working with independent agents or manufacturer's representatives.
• Strong communication, relationship-management, and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel throughout the central United States.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth across the assigned region.
• Develop and support independent sales agents and manufacturer’s representatives.
• Build relationships with specification, distribution, and commercial channel partners.
• Support major projects, strategic accounts, and market-development initiatives.
• Identify new opportunities and improve regional market coverage.
• Provide market intelligence and competitive feedback to leadership.
