Cribl seeks a Regional Sales Manager to drive security-focused revenue for Digital Native startups, primarily in the San Francisco Bay Area. The role emphasizes strategic account planning, executive relationship building, and end-to-end deal leadership.

You will work in a remote-first environment, coordinating across time zones while staying close to the Bay Area market. A strong track record in landing new logos and managing complex sales processes is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of quota carrying security sales experience.
• Experience with early-stage startup (<1000 employees) or demonstrated entrepreneurial skills.
• Proven track record of landing multiple new logos annually.
• Experience selling through a channel-led motion.
• Able to create demand in a territory and sell un-budgeted solutions.
• Background using MEDDIC methodology.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic account plans for Digital Native startups, aligning Cribl’s value to business priorities.
• Build executive-level relationships and create multi-threaded opportunities for new business and expansion.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from generating leads through closing.
• Educate customers on Cribl’s value during the sales process.
• Articulate Cribl’s value proposition up to CxO level.
• Forecast accurately and hit sales targets.
